What it costs

No pricing page in this field tells you the number. This one does. What Rhemaia costs

You already paid thousands of dollars for an evaluation that nobody converted into teaching. Here is what it costs to have it translated, what you get, what happens if you want your money back, and what you keep if I am not here in five years. All of it on one page, in the order you would actually ask.

01The price

Two payments, because it is two different kinds of work

Once

$1,500

Your child’s operating manual: how they take in information, how to structure practice, how to pace a lesson, where the evaluation shows they are working harder than it looks to keep up, and what to do the moment they lose the thread. Built from the evaluation you already have. Yours to keep.

Monthly

$59

Ongoing curriculum adaptation: hand it a real worksheet and it rewrites the delivery for your child. Not metered, so you never have to ration it. Includes a brand new manual, free, whenever a new evaluation arrives, and updates as your child changes grade.

Reading an evaluation and building the manual happens once, and then again only when there is a new evaluation, which is roughly every three years. Adapting curriculum never stops while your child is in school. Those are two different shapes of work, so they are two different payments. I am not splitting it to make the headline number look smaller.

One thing worth saying plainly, because it is the part families get burned on elsewhere: if you are subscribed and a new evaluation comes in, I re-translate it for free. You are never charged $1,500 twice while you are a subscriber.

02The first families

The first 30 families get a year of the subscription included

30 founding places. None taken yet, as of 22 July 2026.

Founding families pay $1,500 once and get the first 12 months of the $59 subscription included, on top of it.

Thirty is a real number, not a marketing device. It is how many families I can genuinely support as one person, and I wrote that down and dated it before I published any of this.

The count only ever moves for a real reason. I will not reset it, re-base it, quietly raise it to forty, or run a second round called the final thirty. If I can support more families later, that will be a different group with a different name and its own stated terms.

I update the count by hand, so I always show you the date I last updated it. I will not display a number that looks live when it is not.

There is no timer anywhere on this page, because there is no deadline. What runs out is places, not time.

What ends at thirty is the included first year. The product does not end and the door does not close. Family thirty-one pays the same one-time fee and the same monthly fee that family one paid, without the included year. If I ever change those prices I will tell you before I do it, and it will not be because the thirty filled up.

If a founding family asks for their money back inside the guarantee window, their place goes back into the thirty and somebody else can take it. That means the count can go down as well as up. I would rather show you a number that moves honestly than a number that only ever climbs.

What happens after the included year

Your included year ends on a specific date, and that date is written on your receipt the day you join, not buried in terms you would have to go looking for. I will remind you twice before it arrives, with the exact date and the exact amount.

Nothing new gets added at that point. Whatever starts then is exactly what I described to you on day one. If you do not want to continue, you cancel, and cancelling is one email with nothing in the way of it. I will not put a discount or a pause offer in front of you to slow you down.

An included year ending is not a bill starting. I am saying it that way because that is what it is.

03If it is not right

90 days, any reason, no explanation asked for

You are being asked to hand $1,500and your child’s evaluation to someone you have never met. I cannot fix that with an adjective, so here is the mechanism instead, in full, before you pay anything. Every line below is repeated on the invoice I send you, so you keep your own copy of it and it cannot change after you have paid.

How long you have

90 days, counted from the day your child's manual is delivered. Not from the day you pay.

How you ask

One email to help@rhemaia.com. That is the whole process.

What you have to tell me

Nothing. No reason is required, and I will not ask you for one.

How fast the money goes back

I issue the refund within 5 business days of your email. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank.

What exactly comes back

The money you actually paid me. If you paid in parts, you get back the parts you paid and I cancel anything still due. The monthly subscription is separate: you can stop it any time and I charge nothing after that.

What you keep

Your child's manual, and every adaptation already made for them. Asking for your money back does not take the file away.

The two limits, said up front

One refund per child, and a family who has refunded cannot later buy back in on founding terms. You are welcome at the standard price. If you have a second child and buy a second manual, that purchase gets its own ninety days. I am telling you all of this now, before you pay, because a condition you find out about at refund time is not a condition, it is a trap.

04Paying for it

You can split it, and splitting it costs you nothing extra

$1,500 in one payment is a lot to find at once for most households, including mine. So you can split it into two, three, or four payments instead, over a few months.

The total is exactly the same either way. There is no fee for splitting it, no charge for paying later, and no higher price on the split path. I want to be specific about this rather than leave it to trust: charging a family more because they cannot pay all at once is charging them for having less money, and I am not doing it. There is no late fee either. If a payment is going to be late, tell me and we will move the date.

05What you keep

The manual is a file on your computer. It works whether or not Rhemaia is still here.

Here is exactly how it reaches you. You upload the evaluation. Within 24 hours, usually much sooner, you get an email saying your analysis is ready. You sign in, read it, and download it as a plain text file that saves to your own computer.

That email is only a doorbell. It never contains your child’s name and never contains a word of the analysis itself, because an ordinary mailbox is not a safe place for either. The reading and the download happen behind your sign-in, which is the part I can actually protect.

Once you download it, it is a plain text file. It opens on any computer, with no app and no account. I also keep a copy on my server while your account is active, under the retention limits on the privacy page. Deleting my copy never touches yours.

That matters for a reason you already know. Companies in this general territory have gone under, been sold, or quietly rewritten the paragraph that promised you your own data. When that happens, a promise kept on somebody else’s servers is worth whatever they decide it is worth that morning. A file already on your hard drive is not affected by any of it.

So: if you stop subscribing, you keep the manual and every adaptation ever made for your child. What stops is the ability to make new ones. And if I am not around in five years, you still have everything I ever gave you, sitting on your own computer, and it still reads exactly the same.

I would rather build something you keep than something you rent.

06What this is not

Before you spend anything, the limits

Rhemaia is educational software. It is not medical or clinical care. It does not diagnose your child, does not treat anything, does not replace your evaluator, your doctor, or your child’s school team, and it does not tell you what a score means about your child clinically. Questions of that kind go back to the qualified professional who knows your child.

I also want to be straight about the evidence. No formal study has shown that these adaptations improve a child’s measured learning. That evidence does not exist for this product yet, and I am not going to imply that it does in order to sell you something. What I can tell you is exactly how it reasons and exactly what it is reading, which is on the how it works page, and that if it is not useful to you, the 90-day guarantee above is how you get your money back.

Buying this does not get your child services from a school district. That is a different job, and this does not do it.

07Getting started

How to join

There is no checkout button, on purpose. Email me, tell me a little about your child, and I will answer you myself. If it is a fit, I send you an invoice, set up your account by hand, and walk you through the upload.

At thirty families I would rather know who you are than process you. A real person reads every message, and that person is me.

Email me at help@rhemaia.com

Not ready for that? There is a free two-minute quiz about how your child learns, and the FAQ answers most of what people ask before they get in touch.
